Service scope
Aharon Cloud provides business services related to an Israeli SMS number, incoming messages, email forwarding, webhook delivery, API-based service messages and call forwarding to a defined destination.
Beta period and registration
Registration is currently limited to a selected beta group. Access will open gradually over the coming months. The pace and timing of this rollout may change as beta operations and service readiness evolve.
Permitted use
The service is intended for lawful business and operational use only. It must not be used for impersonation, spam, privacy violations or activity that infringes third-party rights.
Availability and providers
The service depends on telecommunications carriers, numbering, infrastructure, email and other third-party providers. Their outages, restrictions, policy changes or discontinued services may affect the availability of incoming messages, forwarding and the service itself, including circumstances outside Aharon Cloud's control. During the beta, SMS sending is available on weekdays and closes on Friday at 15:00. Sending resumes on Saturday at 21:00 Israel time. This availability window may change at any time due to beta operations, provider availability or operational changes.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring that its use of messages, numbers, webhook and API complies with applicable law, required permissions and third-party service rules.
Payments
Prices, packages and usage rights are presented before activation or by individual agreement. Failure to pay may result in service limitation or termination. Cancellation, recurring billing cessation and refunds, including prepaid periods for services not supplied, are handled according to applicable law.
Security
The customer must protect access keys, webhook URLs and user permissions. Suspected unauthorized use should be reported immediately.
Service changes
Aharon Cloud may update the service, packages and terms, subject to any notice or consent requirements under applicable law.
Service discontinuation and recurring billing
Aharon Cloud may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including without prior notice where legally permitted. Charges for future service periods that will not be provided will stop. Previously charged amounts, refunds and cancellation rights are governed by applicable law.
Incoming SMS delivery and issue review
We do not guarantee that every SMS sent to a number will reach the inbox or arrive within a particular time. If a message fails to arrive, contact cs@aharon.cloud. We will review the report and, where feasible, contact the relevant telecommunications providers, without promising to diagnose the cause, recover a missing message or resolve the issue. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Number usage rights — not ownership
Telephone numbers are allocated and held through telecommunications providers; customers do not purchase the numbers or receive registered ownership through this service. Payment to Aharon Cloud is for the right to use the assigned number during the service period, not its purchase or transfer of ownership. Allocation and use remain subject to provider conditions and applicable law, including number-portability rights where applicable.
