Service scope
Aharon Cloud provides business services related to an Israeli SMS number, incoming messages, email forwarding, webhook delivery, API-based service messages and call forwarding to a defined destination.
Beta period and registration
Registration is currently limited to a selected beta group. Access will open gradually over the coming months. The pace and timing of this rollout may change as beta operations and service readiness evolve.
Permitted use
The service is intended for lawful business and operational use only. It must not be used for impersonation, spam, privacy violations or activity that infringes third-party rights.
Availability and providers
The service depends on external communication and infrastructure providers. Delays, blocks or limitations may occur outside Aharon Cloud's control. During the beta, SMS sending is available on weekdays and closes on Friday at 15:00. Sending resumes on Saturday at 21:00 Israel time. This availability window may change at any time due to beta operations, provider availability or operational changes.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring that its use of messages, numbers, webhook and API complies with applicable law, required permissions and third-party service rules.
Payments
Prices, packages and usage rights are presented before activation or by individual agreement. Failure to pay may result in service limitation or termination.
Security
The customer must protect access keys, webhook URLs and user permissions. Suspected unauthorized use should be reported immediately.
Service changes
Aharon Cloud may update the service, packages and terms with reasonable notice or publication where appropriate.
